Return policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After the cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Once we have received the return in good condition, we will refund the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the cost of the return shipping from your address to our online store is at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received, if possible with all accompanying accessories.
